Hello Dog Lovers!

Greetings from Chaewon, the founder of Our Haru! I warmly invite you to join our first-ever outdoor dog market and rescue dog event! This event is in collaboration with the Free Korean Dogs Rescue Organization.

Event Details:

Date: September 28th (Saturday)
Time: 12 PM - 7 PM
Location: Stackt Market (28 Bathurst St, Toronto), specifically in the dog park and the basketball court area.

Activities:

• Adoption Booths: Featuring posters of rescue dogs waiting for adoption (hosted by Free Korean Dogs Rescue Organization).
• Information Sessions: Experts will discuss dog care, training tips, and the importance of rescue organizations.
• Vendor Stalls: Pet-friendly vendors offering unique products and services for dogs and their owners.
• Photo Booth: Capture the special day with a professional photographer.
• Interactive Activities: Fun activities for dogs and their owners.

This is your chance to be a part of a wonderful dog community in Downtown Toronto and connect with local, dog-related small business owners like yourself!

Vendor Details:

• Outdoor Space (10x10'): We provide space only.
• Rate: $180 + HST
• Included: Social media promotion and photography by a professional photographer.
• Shared Space: If the space is too large for you, you can share it with another vendor (please let us know in advance).

Vendor Responsibilities:

• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep your area clean during and after the event.
• Check-In and Payment: All payments must be completed once you are selected.
• Bring Your Own Equipment: Please bring your own equipment (e.g., table, table linens, tent, and chairs).
